This home was situated on a lot with beautiful mountain views above the city. By removing some interior walls- we were able to maximize the views and create an open floor plan with a show-stopping kitchen perfect for entertaining.
This midcentury rambler became even more charming after removing interior walls and creating a new spacious kitchen with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The Primary Suite addition provided the perfect oasis with access to the backyard.
Demolishing most of the main floor allowed for this farmhouse to have an open floor plan and spacious kitchen, living room, and dining room. Removing the laundry room from the main living space allowed for a more spacious and functional floor plan. We also added a large mudroom between the house and garage which was a must-have for this farmhouse.
This 3-level home had ample space, but desperately needed some updating. Without removing any walls or making major changes we were able to achieve a fresh new look with many updates. Between kitchen updates, new flooring, paint, lighting, fireplace, and reading nook- this home turned into a midcentury oasis for this family.
Turning this backyard into a functional outdoor living space allowed our clients to utilize their patio for entertainment and relaxation while enjoying the views of their beautiful yard.
We built this covered patio to allow our clients a space for entertaining guests. Adding a large panoramic door allowed easy access to this large space featuring an outdoor kitchen, indoor/outdoor fireplace, and hot tub.
