This initial meeting is used to ensure we're a good fit. The first step to a successful project is finding the best team!

At this stage the drawings have been  finalized and any structural engineering that's need has been completed. The complete set is now ready to submit for permits!

During this meeting we dive a little deeper into your project to better understand exactly what you're looking for as far as style, needs, wants, dreams, timelines, and cost expectations.

If you are using Alpine Design Haus to perform the construction of your project we will send your permit plans to our subcontractors and vendors to compile an estimate. If you are working with another contractor we will help finalize any changes that need to be made after bids are received and re-submit for permits as necessary.

During this phase we compile your project details and bring them to life! The length of this phase is largely dependent on the project size, details, and revisions. Communication is key at this stage. We will be there every step of the way to ensure everyone is on the same page and won't stop until we get it right.

Keeping your schedule up to date, making material selections, and answering all your questions! If you are working with another contractor we will still be working with them to provide any additional information, making necessary changes, site visits, and advocating for you every step of the way!
