We compile all of the information from the initial consult and rough out a floor plan layout. We then seek approval from the customer to ensure we are moving in the right direction.

During this phase we assemble the rest of the drawing package. This includes elevations, foundation drawings, roof layout, sections and details and more. We also make any changes or adjustments you may require.

This is your complete set of plans that you can take to your builder for a city permit. Or, you can take this set of plans to get bids from different contractors.
