INITIAL MEETING
At this initial meeting we discuss your desires and dreams for your upcoming project! We talk about what's important to you, your timelines, budget, and everything involving your project to ensure we're compatible! First and foremost- we want to ensure we're the right team for you!
DESIGN MEETING
Once we've established we're a good fit for each other we move onto the Design Meeting. This is where the fun begins! Here we discuss your project more in depth. We exchange design ideas, sketches, discuss your lifestyle, budget, timeline, your job site, and architectural style.
DESIGN PHASE
During this phase, we use the information we compiled at our initial design meeting to layout a preliminary plan for your project. We communicate back and forth with you to perfect your plans. This is not a phase to be rushed. We want to make sure your plans work for you and meet your needs, wants, and dreams as much as possible. There will inevitably be changes and compromises, but the end result will be so rewarding!
PERMIT DRAWINGS
Once we have finalized the plan design and style we move forward into permit and structural drawings. These can be used to bid out your project and send into the city to receive your building permit.
BIDDING PHASE
If you are utilizing us as your contractor- we would then send your finalized plans out for bids to our vendors and subcontractors. They will bid labor and materials for your project. Once those numbers come back- we then write up your proposal- which outlines your total project cost and details from start to finish. If this is within your budget and you are comfortable moving forward- we then sign your contract!!
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Finally, the moment we've all been waiting for- the construction of your home! Once we've hit this phase we want everything as dialed in as possible so ensure a smooth process and for your project to move along as quickly as possible.
Note: If you are only using our drafting and design services- we will still be your advocate from start to finish by providing all necessary support to you and your builder. This includes site visits, interior design coordination, plan revisions, and whatever else is necessary to ensure a smooth process!
